Do you offer face to face sessions?

Yes, I offer face to face sessions in Stubbington. There is free parking on the road and I will meet you at the open gate before the garages. Face to face sessions have slightly more costs attached than online sessions to cover the additional overheads involved.

How do online sessions work?

Online sessions work via a video platform of your choice that is end to end encrypted such as WhatsApp or Microsoft teams. If video calling is uncomfortable this can be discussed going forward.

Is it confidential?

Yes, each session is confidential except in certain and rare circumstances in correlation with ethical guidelines.  I will always talk this through at the beginning of our first session and be completely transparent.

Please pay by bank transfer at time of booking your appointment. When you book your first appointment I will give you these details in advance.

Yes – there is a 48hr cancellation policy in place or you may still be charged for your appointment.

Yes- I work one evening face to face but I am able to offer additional evenings online.

I offer online appointments to remove barriers to therapy such as getting to a location and means I can see clients from all over the UK, it also allows me to keep costs lower, due to more availability I can book clients in to be seen even quicker.

Are you able to work within court proceedings timelines of 26 weeks?

Yes- The benefit of working privately means this work can be done quickly with your goals at the centre of focus either face to face or online. There is no lengthy waiting lists so work can start almost immediately. I can also work with any physiological reports and recommendations quickly and effectively to support clients.
